March 30, 1950JOHN JACOBSON DIED AT WATERLOO; FUNERAL FRIDAY
John Jacobson, 80, a life-time resident of Dows community, died at the home of his son, Oscar Jacobson at Waterloo, Wednesday morning, March 29, Mr. Jacobson had been in ill health for some time and death was not entirely unexpected. Funeral services for Mr. Jacobson will be held from the Halvorson Funeral Home at 1:30 pm, Friday, March 31. Interment will be in Fairview Cemetery.
