PHILIP O. OLSON , 47, of Tampa, Florida and formerly of Clearwater, died Wednesday (March 2, 1988) at his residence. Born in Clarion, Iowa, he came to the Tampa Bay area in 1981 from Milwaukee. He was a welder for a metal fabricating manufacturer in Tampa. Survivors include his father, Orville, and a sister, Jody Binon, both of Dallas. Jenney Funeral Home, Clearwater.
