Gerald L. Miller, 77, was born December 14, 1925, in Dows, Iowa., to Harold B. and Clara H. (Hemenway) Miller. He went home to be with the Lord on September 25, 2003. He had been a resident of Mossyrock for the past 7 years, coming from Seattle, where he had resided the previous 56 years. He was retired from construction where he was a plasterer. Gerald served with the U.S. Navy during World War Two. He was a member of Local #77 of Seattle, and also a member of the VFW. He was a member of the First Church of God of Morton. He enjoyed gardening and fishing and all of the outdoors.

He is survived by Wife, Irene Miller, Mossyrock Son, Jim Miller, Stanwood Three daughters, Carolyn Lisbon, Centralia, Donna Kellen, Green Valley, AZ, Kathy Miller, Bothell, WA. Six Grandchildren, Jenny, Lonny, Crystal Miller, Tony Hargrove, Joe Kellen, Stacie Schwagler. Six Great grandchildren Two Sisters, Mae Jill McBride, Milwaukie, OR, Nita Fahrnkopf, Stanwood, WA. Numerous Nieces and Nephews.

A Graveside Funeral Service will be held on Friday, October 3, 2003 at 1:00 P.M. at Klickitat Cemetery in Mossyrock, WA with Reverend Toby Belcher officiating. Visitation may be made on Thursday, from 3 to 7 P.M. at Newell-Hoerling's Mortuary, Centralia, WA who is in charge of arrangements.
