Joseph Rogers Jr., 80, Collins, Mo., died Sept. 8, 1994, at the home. Services will be at 10 a.m. Sunday at the Sheldon-Goodrich Chapel, Osceola, Mo.; burial in Robinson Cemetery, near Weaubleau, Mo. Friends may call from 9 to 10 a.m. Sunday at the chapel. Mr. Rogers was born in Dows, Iowa, and lived in Loma Linda, Calif., from 1963 until he moved to Collins in 1986. He formerly was a luthier. He was a member of the Seventh-da y Adventist Reform Movement in Collins. He was an Army veteran of World War II.

Survivors include his wife, Eleonore Rogers of the home; three sons, Joseph Warren Rogers, Santa Cruz, Calif., Curtis Allen Rogers, Turlock, Calif., and Thomas Edward Rogers, Waipahu, Hawaii; a brother, Forest C. Rogers, and a sister, Margaret Peterson, both of Freeport, Ill.; and four grandchildren.
