Larry R. Wolf, 70, Belmond died January 24, 2002. Funeral services were held January 28 at Tenold-Andrews Funeral Home in Belmond. Special music was provided by Larry's nephew, Doug LaBrecque. Opening thoughts and scripture readings were given by Doug Doughan; and reflections given by granddaughter, Shana, and a friend, Larry Flanagan. Honorary bearers were Bernard Black, Bill Brace, John Chrisman, Dan Wireman, Larry Flanagan, Mark Allen, and Doug Doughan. Following the service a fellowship time was held at the Wolf home in Belmond. Interment will be at Battle Creek, Michigan.

Larry was born December 4, 1931. He had one sister, Mary Lou. Larry grew up in Battle Creek, Michigan, where he excelled in baseball, soccer, football, swimming, diving and bowling. Larry also coached Eaton softball teams. He collected golf balls, golf clubs and antique medicine bottles. He was a member of the Belmond Country Club. He chose Eaton Manufacturing as his life long career and spent almost 50 years with the firm, some as a consultant. His parents and sister preceded him in death, all as a result of cancer. Survivors include his three sons, Rick, Kirk and Marty; and four grandchildren, Shana, Ryan, Stevi and Breana.
