Frank Edward Raasch, 60, a Rowan resident of 13 years and formerly of St. Paul, Minnesota died Tuesday, December 11, 2001 at his home in Rowan. Private family services were held. The body was cremated. Frank Edward, the son of Fred and Louise Michaud Raasch, was born November 12, 1941, in St. Paul, Minnesota. He grew up in St. Paul and attended school there. After school, Frank joined the United States Navy, where he served for several years. Frank married Denise Tuchner. The couple later divorced but remained close friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Fred. Survivors include two sisters, Pat Amos of Rowan and Janet Mulhern of St. Paul, Minnesota; two brothers, George and his wife, Joan Raasch, and David Raasch, both of St. Paul; special friend, Denise; and numerous nieces and nephews.
