Funeral services for Mrs. Glenn (Arlene M.) Rosenberg, 62, of Carpenter were Tuesday, September 4, 1984, at Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Grafton. She died Thursday, August 30 at Mitchell County Memorial Hospital. Reverend Gary Panko officiated at the service with burial in the Grafton Cemetery.
Mrs. Rosenberg was born January 20, 1922, in Floyd County, Iowa, to William and May Bell Jeffries Schulz.
Survivors include her husband, Glenn; two daughters, Mrs. James (Sharon) Parcel of Riceville and Diane Roe of Yankton, South Dakota; her step-parents, Mr. and Mrs. Lee Lindley of Osage; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild; one sister, Norma Jean Meyer of Cedar Falls and three brothers, Harrison Schulz of Osage, Carl Schulz of Mitchell and Hilbert Schulz of Waterloo]

Funeral services for Arlene Rosenberg were held on Tuesday, September 4, 1984 at Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Grafton, Iowa. Rev. G. Panko officiated at the service with burial in the Grafton Cemetery, Grafton. She died on Thursday, August 30, 1984, at Mitchell County Memorial Hospital in Osage, following a prolonged illness of cancer.
Arlene May Bell Schulz was born on January 20, 1922 in Floyd County, Iowa. She was the daughter of William and May Bell Jeffries Schulz. She attended school in Rock Township and St. Ansgar High School, and was baptized and confirmed at Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Osage on May 25, 1940 by Pastor T. Solem.
On September 20, 1942 she was united in marriage to Glenn Rosenberg at Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Osage. Arlene and Glenn farmed on the same farm northeast of Grafton for 39 years.
She was a member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church, Grafton. In 1981 Glenn and Arlene moved to a house in Carpenter.
Survivors include her husband, Glenn of Carpenter; two daughters, Mrs. James (Sharon) Parcel of Riceville and Mrs. Arthur (Diane) Roe of Yankton, South Dakota; six grandchildren; on egreat-granddaughter; her step-father and step-mother, Mr. and Mrs. Lee Lindley of Osage; one sister, Mrs. Norma Jean Meyer of Cedar Falls; three brothers, Carl Schulz of Mitchell, Harrison Schulz of Osage and Hilbert Schulz o Waterloo.
She was preceded in death by her natural parents and two brothers.

MITCHELL, IOWA — The wedding of Arlene Schulz, daughter of Mrs. Lee Lindley, and Glenn Rosenberg, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ed Rosenberg of St. Ansgar, was held Sunday evening in the Lindley home with Rev. T. P. pastor Solem, of the Osage Lutheran Church, officiating at the double ring ceremony.
The bride was given in marriage by her step-father, Lee Lindley, and was attended by the groom's sister, Evelyn Rosenberg. Rueben Dieterichs attended the groom. A reception for the immediate families followed the wedding, after which the couple left on a short wedding trip. They will return to live for the present in the Lindley home.
