Arleigh Dean Halvorson, 65, of Northwood, died Saturday March 3, 2007 at the Muse Norris Hospice Inpatient Unit.

Funeral service was Wednesday March 7, 2 p.m. at the Conner Colonial Chapel, Northwood with Rev. Barbara Willis of First Lutheran Church officiating. Interment was in South Shell Rock Cemetery, Northwood.

Arleigh was born June 30, 1941 in Northwood, Iowa the son of Olaf and Selma (Turvold) Halvorson.

He is survived by on sister Helen Mueller and her husband Eugene, Manly, Iowa and two nieces and three nephews.
