Thanks so much for responding!! It´s nice to know that someone is out there doing a search similiar to mine. :)

Climbing Hill doesn´t seem to be too far from Anthon...hmm.

I do not have any photos of my REAL great-grandfather. I so wish that I did. Google search (sad, right?) doesn´t turn anything up...but then again, the facts I have as far as the mystery great-grandpa are concerned could be incorrect.

Nor do I know if this man ever married after his relations with my great-grandmother. I was told recently that he was somewhat of a `player`as we would call them today.

A thought that makes me sad...but doesn´t squash my curiousity.

Is it too much to ask to see one of the photos you have? To see if there is any resemblance?
