Funeral services were held for William J. Weber at St. Mary's church on Tuesday morning, Feb. 14, with Rev. J. C. Vetmar officiating. Burial was in the Catholic cemetery with Walter Funeral Home of Mapleton in charge.

Mr. Weber was born here Jan. 1, 1890. For a time he lived in Oto and Sioux City. He ran a garage for a few years but spent 38 years as a trucker. He was a member of St. Mary's church. Mr. Weber died in a Sioux City hospital on Sunday after a long illness.

His brother Lawrence died on Friday.

Survivors include four brothers, August of Cleveland, O.; Louis of Correctionville, John and Frank, and three sisters, Mrs. Mary Koll of Los Angeles, Mrs. Elizabeth Schommer of Wayzata, Minn., and Mrs. Anna Fitzpatrick.
