Anna Kane, 32, Passes Away in Sioux City Hospital
Miss Anna Kane, 32, well known Danbury school teacher, died in a Sioux City Hospital Tuesday afternoon following an illness which became acute a week ago. Miss Kane, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. -J. J. Kane of Danbury, had continued teaching until about two weeks before her death.
Born at Danbury, she was graduated from St. Patrick's academy there in 1927 and taught in rural schools near Danbury for 15 years.
Survivors include her parents; four sisters, Margaret Kane of LaPorte City, Ia., Alice Kane of Des Moines, and Mary and Eloise Kane, both of Danbury, and three brothers, Thomas, now serving with the United States army, and Joe and John Kane of Danbury.
Funeral arrangements have not beet completed.
