Bernard A. Fitzpatrick, 68, Moville, died Saturday [March 27, 1971] in a Sioux City hospital after an illness of seven months.

He was a rural mail carrier out of the Moville Post Office for 30 years, retiring in 1968.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Moville. Burial will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery at Anthon under the direction of the McCulloch Funeral home of Moville.

The Rosary will be recited at 8 o'clock tonight at the funeral home.

Mr. Fitzpatrick was born Dec. 8, 1902, at Anthon. He moved to Moville with his parents as a child. He married Marie McClain April 12, 1928, in Sioux City.

Survivors include the widow; a daughter, Mrs. Ralph R. (Frances) Castle of Sheldon, Iowa; a son Larry of Mount Prospect, Ill.; and 12 grandchildren.
