Mrs. Marie Eickholt, 45, a resident of the Correctionville community for many years, died Friday at a Sioux City hospital after a long illness.

Mrs. Eickholt was born March 5, 1912 near Cushing. She was married to Theodore Eickholt November 12, 1939, at Kingsley, Ia. They resided on a farm about five miles from Correctionville prior to Mrs. Eickholt's death.

Survivors, besides the widower Theodore, include two daughters, Mrs. Pauline Dugan of Kingsley and Mrs. Agnes Uhl of Mapleton, Ia.; a son Leo of Sioux City; a brother, William Meyer of Sioux City; five sisters, Mrs. Sophia Vondrak of Hinton, Ia., Mrs. Elsie Harrison of Lawton, Mrs. Dorothy Kamorad of North Sioux City, S. D., Mrs. Lavonne Harrison of LeMars, Ia. and Mrs. Rose Williams of Merrill, la., and six grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 9 a.m. Monday at St. Joseph Catholic church at Anthon. Rev. A. M. Conlon will officiate. Burial will be in Mount St. Joseph cemetery at Anthon under direction of the Hudgel funeral home.
