Joseph C. "Neil" Coyne, 64, 612 Court St., died Thursday at the Sioux Falls, Veterans hospital after a long illness.

Born July 18, 1905 in Anthon, lowa, he had been a resident of Sioux City since 1946. He married Frances Hoeg June 28, 1951 in Elk Point. Mr. Coyne was a veteran of World War II.

Survivors include the widow and three brothers, Thomas and Maurice, both of Sioux City and Hugh of Oto.

The body was taken to Larkin Funeral Home.

Funeral services for Joseph C. "Neil" Coyne, 64, 612 Court St., will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Joseph Catholic Church. The Rev. Edward C. Lilly will officiate. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, Anthon.

Pallbearers will be Joseph, Bernard, Cyril and Vincent Kvidera, Leonard Carr and Peter La Croix.

The Rosary will be recited at 7 o'clock this evening at the Larkin Funeral Home.

Mr. Coyne died Thursday at the Veterans Hospital in Sioux Falls, S. D., after a long illness.
