Chester O. Granger, 54, of St Paul, who resided in Morningside as a child, died Wednesday morning in the veteran's hospital in Minneapolis following an illness of several months.

Survivors include the widow, Caroline, and a son, Steven both of Minneapolis; two brothers, Jay Granger of Watertown, S. D. and Tracey of Crookston, Minn.; three sisters, Mrs. Bertha Young and Mrs. John Boyle, both of St. Paul, and Mrs. Frank Kasper of Sioux City.
