William E. Hageman, 40, a farmer residing eight miles east of Leeds on route 1, died Tuesday night in a hospital here following a brief illness.

He had resided on the farm since 1910. He was a member of Calvary Lutheran church.

Surviving are the widow, Ruth; two daughters, Marion and Diane and his mother, Mrs. Mary Hageman, all at home; three brothers, Herman and Marvin, both of Hinton and Everett of Sioux City; four sisters, Mrs. Marie Zenor and Mrs. Lillian Olson, both of Lawton; Mrs. Viola Junck of Hinton and Miss Ida of Sioux City.

The Anderson's funeral home has charge of directing arrangements.
