Fred Tohlen, 68, a former Sioux City resident died Tuesday in his home at Tacoma, Wash. He left Sioux City last April. He had been a hotel clerk here.

Surviving are the widow, Freda, and a daughter, Helen; two sisters, Mrs. C. H. Gillin of Pipestone, Minn., and Mrs. A. B. Berg of Sioux City, and a brother, Charles, of Portland, O.

The body will be brought here later in the week for funeral services and interment.

The body of Fred Tohlen, 68, a former Sioux Cityan who died Tuesday in his home at Tacoma, Wash., is scheduled to arrive here tonight. It will be taken to the Nelson-Berger funeral home. Mrs. Tohlen is accompanying the body.

Pallbearers for the funeral of Fred Tohlen, 68, former, Sioux Cityan, which will be held at 2 p. m. today at the Nelson-Berger chapel, will be Rev. Carl P. Everett, Carl Gustafson, Oscar Nelson, Oscar Forsman, Edwin Lunde, Gust Larson and Gust Soderberg. Mr. Tohlen died Tuesday in Tacoma, Wash. Burial will be in Graceland Park cemetery.
