Eugenia Lamorah Rowse, wife of Charles Rowse, passed to her reward Friday morning March 2nd, 1906.

Mrs. Rowse was born in Ohio Nov. 12, 1841 and was married Feb. 1, 1864. In I860 they moved to Woodbury County, Iowa where they have since resided.

The funeral was held at the Methodist Episcopal church conducted by the pastor, Rev. W. J. Todd, the remains being interred in the Good Hope cemetery.

Mrs. Rowse was a sincere Christian and a devoted member of the Methodist church from childhood. The memory of her beautiful religious experience will long remain with her many friends.

Five children, four sons and one daughter, Mrs. Gilbert Applegate, with her husband are left to mourn her loss.

The entire community extends sympathy to these sorrowing ones.
