LAWTON, Iowa - Jacob Davis, 63, a former Lawton resident, died Monday in Salem, Ore., of an apparent heart attack.

Services will be at 2 p.m. today at McCulloch Funeral Home in Moville. The Rev. Robert E. Peters will officiate. Burial will be in Banner Cemetery in Lawton.

Mr. Davis was born Jan. 29, 1914, near Lawton. He attended Woodbury County schools. He married Dorothy Abbott in 1932 and they farmed near Huron, S.D., for several years. He lived in Salem the last 15 years.

Survivors include two sisters, Mrs. Eurel (Grace) Anderson of Silver City and Mrs. David (Nora) Lawyer of North Platte, Neb., and three brothers, Charles, Glann and William, all of Lawton.
