Onalee F. Hyde, 85, of Fort Dodge, Iowa, formerly of Sioux City, died Sunday, Dec. 31, 2000, at her residence.

Services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at Chapel of Laufer-Sweiler-Sievers Funeral Home in Fort Dodge. Services will resume 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Sacred Heart Church in Fort Dodge, with the Rev. Chris Van Oosbree officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be after 4 p.m. today, with a parish vigil service at 7 p.m., at the funeral home.

Mrs. Hyde was born Jan. 11, 1915, in Royal, Iowa, the daughter of Charles and Esther (Williams) Langerman. She attended Sacred Heart School and Tobin Business College in Fort Dodge. She was employed with Tyler's Bakery in Fort Dodge.

She married Hiram W. Hyde Jr. in 1932, in Fort Dodge. The couple made their home in Sioux City, where she was employed with Anderson Bakery until retiring in 1974. In 1994, they returned to Fort Dodge. Her husband died in 1996.

Survivors include a brother, Virgil Langerman of Fort Dodge.
