CORRECTIONVILE, Iowa -

Mrs. Charles Durham, 88, formerly of Correctionville died March 29 at Ada, Okla. Services will be at 10:30 April 2 in the Assembly of God Church at Correctionville. The Rev. Elston Chapman will officiate. Burial will be in Fairfield Cemetery at Rock Branch, with the Barker Funeral Home in charge.

Mrs. Durham was born Jan. 16, 1866 at Lacklade, Mo. She moved to Lovington, Ill., at age 9.

She was married June 13, 1902 at Sullivan, Ill. They moved to rural Correctionville in 1925. Later they moved to Oklahoma, and to Texas.

He died in Texas in 1939.

Survivors include three sons, Roy, Arthur and Charles, all of Correctionville; seven daughters, Mrs. Susie Short of Correctionville, Mrs. Harold (Dora) Moon of Concord Calif., Mrs. Roy (Edna) Blankenship of Ada, Mrs. Joe (Elizabeth) Cona of Newport News, VA., Mrs. Bert (Bertha) Cox of
Longview, Texas, Mrs. Almouth (Josephine) Gilbert of San Antonia, Texas, Mrs. Clay (Leona) Stanford of Uvalde, Texas; 36 grandchildren, 70-great-grandchildren, and 14 great-great-grandchildren.
