RESIDENT FOR 74 YEARS DIES

Mrs. Louisa Dills Had Lived in County Since 1854.

After a brief Illness, Mrs. Mary Louisa Dills, a resident of Woodbury County for 74 years, died Wednesday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. George G. Beedle, 1823 South Cedar Street.

Mrs. Dills was born in Germany 78 years ago. She came to the United States when 4 years old with her parents who settled on a farm near Moville, la. She lived in that vicinity until moving to Sioux City five years ago.

Besides Mrs. Beedle, Mrs. Dills is survived by 10 children, Mrs. Anna Rampke, of Casper, Wyo., Mrs. John Barber, of Glen Rock, Wyo.; Mrs. Caroline Hollenbeck, of Sheridan, Wyo.; Mrs. Fenton Jones of Wayne, Nebr.; Mrs. Joseph Jorgenson of Atle, Alberta: F. J. Dills, of Moville, Ia.; W. J. Dills, of Mondamin, Ia.; J. H. Dills, of Wink, Tex.; George L. Dills, of Wink, Tex., and R. H. Dills, of Elrod, S. D.

The body is at the West and Richards undertaking establishment pending completion of funeral arrangements.
