Jesse E. Cooper, 75, longtime Moville area resident, died early Friday at the home of his daughter at Cushing after long illness.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the McCulloch Funeral Home at Moville. The Rev. George Dunn of Le Mars will officiate. Burial will be in Rock Branch Cemetery, rural Correctionville.

Mr. Cooper was born Dec. 13, 1894, at Montour, Iowa. He married Vina Hannah Oct. 1, 1921, at Dakota City. He was a retired farmer.

Survivors include the widow; three sons, Wayne of Anthon, Warren and Willard, both of Moville; a daughter, Mrs. Loren (Wilma) Todd of Cushing; sister, Mrs. Theresa Jeffery of Norfolk, Neb.; two brothers, Dan of Moville, and Albert “Jack” of Laurel, Nebr. And five grandchildren.
