Mrs. Dora Vesta Cooper, 40, Salix, Ia., died, Monday in an Omaha hospital after a long illness. She was born March 3, 1909, in Danbury, Wis., and she had resided in the Salix vicinity for 35 years.

Survivors include the widower, Ray; a daughter, Bonnie Ann, and a son, Douglas, all of Salix; her father, H, N. McKee of Sioux City: two brothers, Ray of Sioux, City and Kenneth of Jefferson, S. D., three sisters, Mrs. Dulcie Streby of Sioux City; Mrs., Myrtle Thomas of Seneca, S. D., and Mrs. Violet Cooper of Salix.

The Anderson funeral home has charge of arrangements.

Funeral services for Mrs. Dora Vesta Cooper, 40, Salix, who died Monday at an Omaha hospital after a long illness, will be held at 11 a. m. Thursday at the Anderson funeral home. Rev. A. M. Alber of the Assembly of God church will officiate. Burial will be in the Rock Branch cemetery.
