Funeral services for Mrs. Dora Carlsen, 77, Correctionville, who died Monday at a Sioux City hospital, will be at 2 p. m. Wednesday at Salem Lutheran church at Rock Branch. Rev. John Deines will officiate. Burial will be in the Rock Branch cemetery under direction of the Wilson-Hull funeral home.

Mrs. Carlsen was born September 11, 1882, in Germany. She came to the United States with her parents at the age of 2 and resided in Woodbury County since that time.

She made her home with a daughter, Mrs. Alma Botcher of Correctionville, for many years.

Surviving are five daughters, Mrs. Botcher, Mrs. Ella Nissen of Cushing and Mrs. Rose Petersen, Mrs. Loretta Dingle and Mrs. Lucille Petersen, all of Omaha; three sons, Oscar of Kent, Wash., Peter of Sioux City and Albert of Omaha; two sisters, Mrs. Emma Carlsen of Correctionville and Mrs. Minnie Clausen of Pierson; 20 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
