Miss Bessie Eisentraut, 56, lifelong resident of Anthon, died Thursday afternoon in a hospital here following a lingering illness. She was employed for many years as a housemaid and recently had been a physician's assistant.

Surviving are two brothers, Ott Eisentraut of Moville and John Eisentraut of Custer, S. D. and two sisters, Mrs. Malcom of Sturgis, S. D. and Mrs. Herbert Stevens of Humboldt, la. The body was taken to Hudgel's funeral home at Anthon, pending funeral arrangements.
