Mrs. Annie Ferguson, 84, of near Hornick, died Monday at the home of Mrs. Ethel LeMoine, a daughter, 2114 S. Helen street, after a short illness.

Mrs. Ferguson was born April 17, 1865, at Marion. She moved to Iowa City in 1867. In 1883 she married Sewell Ferguson, and the couple established a home on a farm in the Hornick area. They had lived continuously in the same region 66 years.

She was a member of the Christian church of Holly Springs.

Survivors include the widower, the daughter, one grandchild and one great-grandchild.

The body was taken to Winter funeral home.

Funeral services for Mrs. Annie Ferguson, 84, Hornick, who died Monday at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Ethel LeMoine 2114 S. Helen street, will be held at 1:30 p. m. today at the Winter funeral home. Rev. Ralph Oiler will officiate, and burial will be in Holly Springs cemetery.
