Ithe B. Doran, 96, formerly of Sioux City died Tuesday, Dec. 17, 1996, at the Brookview Manor in Brookings, S.D.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at the Third Presbyterian Church in Sioux City, with the Rev. E.D. Pappadackis officiating. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the services, at the church. Nelson-Berger Morningside Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.

Mrs. Doran was born July 10, 1900, in Plymouth County, Iowa, the daughter of David and Annie (Milton) Blair. She attended school in Kingsley, Iowa, until the family moved to Sioux City. She graduated from Central High School in 1918. She worked at T.S. Martin until her marriage to Roy M. Doran on April 25, 1925. He died in 1955. She then worked in the lunch room at East High School. She moved to Worthington, Minn. in 1982. In 1991, she lived part of the year in Park Rapids, Minn. and part in Omaha, Neb. She entered Brookview Manor in 1995.

She was a member of the Third Presbyterian Church.

Survivors include two daughter and their husbands, Muriel and Robert Snyder of Park Rapids and Barbara and Blaine Garlow of Omaha; 10 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
