Patricia M. "Pat" Edwards, 66, of Sioux City passed away Friday, May 16, 2008, at her residence in Sioux City.

Services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Trimble United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Martha Anderson officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be 5 to 8 p.m. today at the church. Arrangements are under the direction of Waterbury Funeral Service.

Patricia May Edwards was born on May 31, 1941, in Sioux City, the daughter of Cecil and Roma (Davis) Donovan. She attended school in Sioux City and Jefferson, S.D.

Pat was united in marriage to Neil W. Edwards on Sept. 10, 1960, at Trimble United Methodist Church. Pat enjoyed crocheting and crafts, her antique 1957 Lincoln automobile, playing cards with her sisters every Sunday and traveling to Tennessee every year to see her daughter, JoAnn. She enjoyed camping at the Cottonwood Landing with her family and "Buttons," her puppy.

Pat is survived by her husband Neil; two sons, Jeff Donovan and Jess Edwards, both of Sioux City; four daughters, Roma Brown of Alton, Iowa, Anna Marie Terrones of South Sioux City, JoAnn Hempel of Bumpus Mills, Tenn., and Cindy Lou Bates of Sioux City; 28 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; three brothers, Al Donovan of Oklahoma, Ed Donovan and James Donovan, both of New Mexico; and two sisters, Barbara Jacobson and Gloria Thompson, both of Sioux City.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Jamie; a daughter, Susan; and two sisters, Minnie and Donna.
