Lynette Kay Hanson, 53, of Spirit Lake, Iowa, passed away Wednesday, May 14, 2008. There will be no services.

Lynn was born Oct. 3, 1953, in Sioux City to Warren and Beverly (Woodley) Livengood; the younger of two daughters. She attended and was confirmed at Crescent Park Methodist Church. She graduated from Central High School with the class of 1972.

She married Chuck Hanson in February 1976 to which union, one son, Chuck, was born. Netti worked for the sheriff's department and the Greyhill Academy for Boys until she had to retire. She loved fishing, decorating and cooking.

Netti was a loving mother, daughter and sister and will be lovingly remembered and missed by her family and friends. Sissy "Straw", "I love you; see you in Heaven," Sis "Marsh." "Netti, you are a wonderful daughter; we will miss you, and you will always be in our hearts," Dad and Mom. "Mom, you are the most beautiful, loving and caring mother; I love you tons." Chuck.

Survivors include her son, Chuck and his girlfriend, Carrie of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; her parents, Warren and Beverly Livengood of Sioux City; her sister, Sheryl Parman and her husband, Tom of Hollywood, Fla.; niece, Melissa Crase and her husband, Andy; grand niece, Samantha Crase; nephew, Jeff Parman and his wife, Barb; grand nephew, Zack Parman; and a special friend, Cindy Hoover of Spirit Lake.
