2 October 2008SIOUX CITY -- Catherine A. Gerhart, 85, of Papillion, Neb., formerly of Sioux City, died Monday, Sept. 29, 2008.
Services will be 1 p.m. Friday at St. Columbkille Catholic Church in Papillion. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Omaha. Visitation will be 1 to 8 p.m. today, with the family present 6 to 8 p.m. and a rosary at 7 p.m., at Kahler-Dolce Mortuary in Papillion.
Survivors include her husband, Charles F. Gerhart; her children, Thomas E. Gerhart and his wife, Monica of Papillion, Charles F. Gerhart Jr. and his wife, Dixie of Omaha and Carol and her husband, Del Nelson of Papillion; grandchildren, Amy, Christine and Michael Gerhart and Ashley and Tiffany Nelson; three sisters; and two brothers.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Ruth Ahrens.
Memorials may be directed to the St. Columbkille Church.
