3 November 2005Linda L. Fuller, 58, of Sioux City entered into God's Kingdom Tuesday, Nov. 1, 2005, at a Sioux City hospital following a lengthy illness.
Services will be 10:30 a.m. Friday at St. Boniface Catholic Church, Sioux City, with the Rev. James A. Bruch officiating. Burial will be in St. Michael Catholic Cemetery, South Sioux City. Visitation will be 2 to 8 p.m. today, with the family present 6 to 8 p.m. and a vigil service at 7 p.m., at Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel.
Linda, the oldest of seven children, was born May 21, 1947, in Sioux City, the daughter of Robert W. and Frances J. (Graham) Bray. She graduated from Central High School.
She married George W. Fuller on July 26, 1975, in Sioux Falls, S.D. She was a lifelong Sioux City resident. She co-owned and operated a service station in Sioux City with her husband at one time. Later, she worked for Lakeport Laundry and more recently at a nursing home.
She was a member of St. Boniface Catholic Church. She enjoyed cooking for family and friends, bingo and card games.
She is survived by her beloved husband, George; her parents, Robert and Frances Bray of Sioux City; a son and his wife, Edward R. and Katie Fuller of Perry, Iowa; two daughters, Niki A. Peck of Sioux City and Kara L. Fuller of Phoenix, Ariz.; a brother and his wife, John and Cathy Bray of Kansas City, Mo.; four sisters, Jean and her husband, Dan Chicot of Sioux City, Janet Plueger of Sioux City, Mary and her husband, Tim Kelley of Austin, Texas, and Lisa and her husband, Richard Grant of Osage, Kan.; six grandchildren, Alex Fuller, Bryana Mendez, Andreus Mendez, Kyeil Reed, D'Anna Fuller and Garrett Fuller; a sister-in-law and her husband, Jean and Tom Deliganis of San Antonio, Texas; a brother-in-law and his wife, Glenn and Pam Fuller of Paullina, Iowa; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Richard Bray; and a grandson, Zachary Fuller.
Pallbearers will be Tim Kelley, Richard Grant, Ed Plueger, Todd Lien, Kirk Lien, Wes Graham and Troy Graham. Honorary pallbearers will be Dan Chicot, Gary Lien and Tom Graham.
