Orlando "Orrie" Nassif, 91, of Phoenix, Ariz., formerly of Sioux City, went to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ Sunday, Jan. 30, 2005.

Services will be 10 a.m. Thursday at St. George Eastern Orthodox Church in Phoenix. Burial will be in Resthaven Park Cemetery, Glendale, Ariz. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the church. Arrangements are under the direction of Whitney and Murphy Funeral Home in Phoenix.

Mr. Nassif served honorably with the Iowa Highway Patrol, the U.S. Marine Corps and the U.S. Marshal's Service. While living in Sioux City, he co-owned the Nassif Rug Company with his brother, Nick.

He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Jeannette; a son, Sam (Lori); a daughter, Terri (Jan); and grandchildren, Sierra, Kody, Eric and James.
