Thomas Allen "Red" McDonough, 56, of Tulsa, Okla., formerly of Sioux City, died Thursday, Jan. 27, 2005.

Services were held Jan. 29 at Mowery Funeral Service Chapel in Owasso, Okla., where the Rev. David Phillippe officiated. Burial was in Cross Timbers Cemetery, Cross Timber, Mo.

Red was born Dec. 2, 1948, in Sioux City, to Orville Warren and Annabelle (Lear) McDonough. He was reared and educated in Sioux City, graduating from Central High School with the class of 1967. He was a veteran of the Armed Forces, having served his country honorably with the U.S. Navy. He spent more than 26 years as a shipping clerk with Jensen Mixers in Tulsa. He enjoyed a variety of pastimes including, fishing, hunting, camping, racing motorcycles and watching sports.

His loving family members include his mother, Annabelle McDonough of Windsor, Mo.; a son, Tommy McDonough of Tulsa; three daughters, Samantha Jayne McDonough of Claremore, Okla., Jessica McDonough and Kristina McDonough, both of Tulsa; two stepsons, Robert Schneider of Glenpool, Okla., and David Schneider of Tulsa; a granddaughter, Cameryn McDonough; four sisters and their husbands, Anita and Bill Koontz of Sioux City, Nellrene and Gary Cross of Napton, Mo., Vicky and Antonio Salazar of Caldwell, Idaho, and Melanie and David Bunch of Herculaneum, Mo.; and three brothers, Charles McDonough and his wife, Cherice of Parma, Idaho, Joe McDonough and his wife, LaJaunta of Warrensburg, Mo., and Tim McDonough of Boise, Idaho.
