Patricia Kay (Ford) Fitzgerald of Jacksonville, Fla., formerly of Sioux City, died Friday, Oct. 14, 2005, following a brief illness.

Services will be 11 a.m. Thursday at San Juan del Rio Catholic Church in Jacksonville. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, with a rosary at 7:30 p.m., at Chapel of Hardage-Giddens Mandarin Funeral Home in Jacksonville.

Mrs. Fitzgerald was born July 12, 1937, in Sioux City. She moved to Jacksonville in 1978.

She was a member of San Juan del Rio Catholic Church. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and sister.

She is survived by her husband of 44 years, Michael E. Fitzgerald; three sons, Sean Fitzgerald, Kevin (Dawn) Fitzgerald and Bill (Kelly) Fitzgerald; a daughter, Michele (Bill) Healy; two brothers, Richard Ford and Robert (Nancy) Ford; and 13 grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Sidney and Monica Ford.
