Jane A. Case, 102, of Waconia, Minn., formerly Sioux City, passed away peacefully on Oct. 3, 2018, with loving family by her side at her home in Waconia.
She will be laid to rest at 11 a.m., Friday, Oct. 19, with her husband in Graceland Park Cemetery at Sioux City. An informal gathering of friendship and remembrance will be held at a later date at New Perspective Senior Living in Waconia.
Jane had a long career in nursing and was devoted to her patients, family and friends. She was ever thankful for her long and wonderful life and was loved and respected by all whose lives she touched. She was also grateful to all the wonderful assisted living and Hospice staff, nurses and caregivers for their kindness and loving care.
She will be deeply missed by her daughter, Sharon; son, Wally; daughter-in-law, Connie; grandchildren, great and great-great grandchildren, and so many friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, George, the love of her life for 73 years; parents, Roy and Helen; sister, Nona; grandson, Michael; and many dear friends.
