Frances Elaine (Fulton) Olsen, 90, of Sergeant Bluff, formerly of North Sioux City, passed away Thursday, Sept. 27, 2018, at Embassy Healthcare Community Center in Sergeant Bluff.
Services will be 10 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 4, at St. Luke Evangelical Church, 2039 S. St. Aubin St. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church. Arrangements are under the direction of Waterbury Funeral Service of Sergeant Bluff.
Frances E. Fulton was born Aug. 20, 1928, in Sioux City, the daughter of Fred and Hazel (Ostmeyer) Fulton.
Elaine was a Tupperware dealer and manager for over 20 years. She also managed a pizza restaurant, and worked at the office at Woolworth's Department Store.
She loved to put puzzles together, knit afghans, and sell copper craft.
Elaine is survived by her three daughters, Vicki and Howard Wick of Madison, S.D., Luella Stone of Sioux City, and Bobbie and Jerry Logemann of Sergeant Bluff; one son, Mike and LaDonna Olsen of Everly, Iowa; 18 grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren; and eight great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Miles; a daughter, Hazel Clarice; a son, Patrick Olsen; two brothers; and one sister.
