Funeral Services Held For Clifton V. Domina

Clifton Vernard Domina, 86, Sioux City, longtime area farmer, died Saturday, January 18, 1986 after a long illness.

Services were 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, January 21, 1986 in Morningside Church of Christ in Sioux City. The Rev. Philip Olsen officiated. Burial was in Climbing Hill (Iowa) Cemetery, under direction of the Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel in Sioux City.

Mr. Domina was born July 30, 1899, in Gretna, Nebraska. He married Lillie Mary Miller August 8, 1925, in Sioux City. She died December 24, 1982, in Sioux City. He farmed in the Whiting , Onawa and Climbing Hill area for more than 60 years, and retired three years ago. He had been a resident Sioux City the last year.

Mr. Domina was a member of Holly Springs Church of Christ.

Survivors include three sons, Clifton O. of Hancock, Iowa, Melvin G. of Omaha, and Donald K. of Sioux City; four daughters, Mrs. Kenneth (Dorothy) Alderson, Mrs. Francis (Lois) Loetz and Mrs. Steve (Phyllis) Trobaugh, all of Sioux City and Mrs. Gary (Dolores) Kendall of Omaha, and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
