Services Held at Sioux City Friday for A.T. Porsch

Funeral services were held on Friday at a Sioux City funeral home for Arthur T. Porsch, 65, of near Sioux City, who died New Year’s Day, in Sioux Falls, S.D. Rev. Henry N. Muller, of the Crescent Park Methodist Church in Sioux City officiated and burial was in Stanton township cemetery in Plymouth County.

Mr. Porsch was born July 21, 1891 near Kingsley. He had spent most of his life in Woodbury County. He was an overseas veteran of world war I. He married Helen Rawson September 21, 1944, in Van Nuys, California.

Survivors include the widow; two brothers, Lloyd of Sioux City and Leslie of Kinglsy; three sisters, Mrs. John Daniel of Merrill, Mrs. Ben Harrison of Lawton and Mrs. Eugene Morrow of Sioux City; two stepdaughters, Mrs. Ralph Haakinson of Burbank, Cal.
