Funeral Services Held Wed. for A.D. ‘Bill’ Clark
Funeral services for Armour Dewey ‘Bill’ Clark, 82, of Moville, former business man, was held Wednesday, December 28, 1983 at 2:00 p.m. in the Moville United Methodist Church. The Rev. Travis G. Cannaday officiated. Interment was in Arlington Cemetery, Moville, under the direction of the McCulloch-Wavrin Funeral Home of Moville.
Mrs. C.E. Rhue was organist.
Casketbearers were Messrs. Arnold Dawson, Loran Herbold, Robert Clark, Kenneth Hoeppner, Edward Amick and Clark Godfrey.
Mr. Clark was born June 14, 1901, the son of Isaaic and Ellen Lauer Clark, at Quimby. He married Gertrude H. Schroeder July 2, 1925. She died April 20, 1973.
Mr. Clark lived at Moville for 53 years and he operated the Chevrolet dealership there for 40 years.
Mr. Clark died Friday, December 23, 1983 in a Sioux City hospital of an apparent heart attack.
