Jacqlyn I. Lindgren, 54, of Council Bluffs, Iowa, formerly of Sioux City, died of cancer Wednesday, January 19, 2000, at her daughter’s residence in Council Bluffs.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Trinity Lutheran Church in Sioux City, with the Rev. John W. Meyer officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be 4 to 8:30 p.m. today at Christy Smith Morningside Chapel.

Mrs. Lindgren was born March 27, 1945 in Sioux City, the daughter of Jack E. and Irene (Lester) Reddick. She was raised in Sioux City and graduated from Riverside High school in 1963. She was employed as a cook at Plaza Bowl for 25 years.

She moved to Dakota City in 1973 and to Correctionville, Iowa in 1987. She moved to Council Bluffs in March 1999.

She was a member of Iowa Forestors Association and was a Siouxland bowler for 30 years.

Survivors include her mother of Des Plaines, Illinois; four daughters, Charlee and her husband, Terry Broker of Council Bluffs, Michele and her husband, Chip Molstad of Sioux City, Rebecca and her husband, Jason Byers of Washta, Iowa and Jill Lindgren of Holstein, Iowa; two sons, Rodney and his wife, Stefani of Moville, Iowa and John of Fort Dodge, Iowa; a sister and her husband, Eugenia and Jerry Kellogg of Des Plaines and 13 grandchildren, Jennifer, Cody, Ashlee, Abby, Joseph, Kaysi, Sarah, Allie, Devon, Leigh, Austin, Robby and Ryan.

She was preceded in death by her father.
