Sadie Carr Services Are Held at Hornick

Hornick, Iowa—Special: Funeral services were held at the Methodist Church here for Mrs. Sadie Carr, 74, who died at a Cherokee hospital after a long illness. Rev. W.F. Lane of Hornick officiated and burial was in the Holly Springs Cemetery.

Mrs. Carr was born August 30, 1871, at Decatur, Illinois. She was married February 14, 1894 at Ida Grove, Iowa.

Surviving are the widower, Enos J. Carr; three sons, Walter, Paul and William of Hornick; two daughters, Mrs. Matilda James of Fairfield, Ohio and Mrs. Jim Mack of Smithland; 26 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and two brothers, Jim Listenburger of Foxhome, Minnesota and Walter Listenburger of Decatur, Illinois.
