Mrs. Ted A. Kruse, 75, 4528 Floyd Blvd, died Saturday morning at a Sioux City hospital after a long illness.

Mrs. Kruse, the former Doris V. McGraw, was born June 9, 1903 at Verdel, Nebraska. She was married to Lyle W. Seavey in 1922 at Mapleton, Iowa. He died May 17, 1958 in Sioux City. She was married to Ted A. Kruse February 14, 1959, at Nashua, Iowa.

Mrs. Kruse came to Sioux City from Smithland, Iowa in 1941. She was employed for several years by Standard Brands Inc., retiring in 1968.

Survivors include the widower, four daughters, Mrs. Merlin (Arlene) McLarty, Mrs. John (Bonnie) Nelson and Mrs. John (Betty) Stabile, all of Sioux City and Mrs. Edward (Joyce) Horstman of Loveland, Colorado; two step-daughters, Mrs. Merle (Phyllis) McMillian of Chatsworth, Iowa and Mrs. Charles (Janet) Bruggerman of Long Beach, California, three brothers, Robert of Omaha, Arlie of Anthon, Iowa and Ellis of May, Idaho, three sisters, Mrs. Lettie Nelson of Tracy, California and Mrs. Dorothy Karr and Mrs. Nellie Yakubodsky, both of Sioux City, 16 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 9 a.m. Monday in the Anderson-Perasso Funeral Home. The Rev. Hideloshi Taraka of Wesley United Methodist Church will officiate.

Burial will be in Little Sioux Cemetery at Smithland.
