Charles L. Willison, 96, Sioux City, died Friday, October 18, 1996 at a Sioux City nursing Home.

Entombment services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at Memorial Park Cemetery Mausoleum with the Rev. William Skinner of First Presbyterian Church officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to service time at Nelson-Berger Northside Chapel.

Mr. Willison was born February 27, 1900 in Hebron, Illinois, the son of Newton and Laura (Unverzagt) Willison.

He married Nell Coffelt June 16, 1929, in Chattanooga, Tenn.

He was engaged in public accounting prior to coming to Sioux City from New York in 1937. He was employed by Iowa Public Service Co. until his retirement in 1967.

Mr. Willison was a member and elder of First Presbyterian Church. He was also a member of Masonic organizations, including Tyrian Lodge 508 AF&AM, Abu Bekr Shrine Temple and the York Rite Bodies.

He was preceded in death by his wife; a brother, Newton and a sister, June Garrett.
