William J. “Billy” Chandler IV, 18, of Sioux City, died Friday, November 1, 1996 at a Sioux City hospital.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, at the Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel, with the Rev. William Skinner, pastor of First Presbyterian Church, officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be from 5 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Mr. Chandler was born June 1, 1978 in Sioux City, the son of William J. Chandler III and Marla Chandler. He attended East High School.

Survivors include his parents; one brother, Shawn Dale; two sisters, Susy Jo and Casey all of Sioux City, paternal grandparents, William J and Joan Chandler of Dakota City and maternal grandparents, Vincent and Bonnie Schlenker of South Sioux City.
