5 November 1996Donald F. Moline, 51, former Sioux City resident, died unexpectedly Saturday, November 2, 1996 in Akron, Iowa.
Services are pending in Akron.
Mr. Moline was the son of Don and Marion Moline of Sioux City. He graduated from Sioux City schools and Iowa State University.
On December 20, 1970, he married Virginia (Ginger) Tuerny.
He was an experimental chemist for the Goodyear Tire Company in Akron for 29 years.
Mr. Moline was a former member of Augustana Lutheran Church, Delta Tau Delta fraternity and the Masonic bodies including Abu Bekr Temple of Sioux City.
Survivors include his wife; his parents; two sisters, Mrs. Earl (Carol) Rodine of Minnetonka, Minn., and Christine Moline of Naperville, Ill., and many aunts, uncles and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents; an aunt and a nephew.
Memorial made be given to Augustana Lutheran Church, the Transportation Fund of Abu Bekr Temple or the American Diabetes Association.
