Marjorie (Dietz) Klynsma, 67, of Sioux City, formerly of Hayward, Wis., died Friday, Sept. 16, 2005, at an Omaha hospital after a brief illness.

Services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at First Evangelical Free Church in Sioux City, with the Rev. Verlyn Schaap officiating. Burial will be in Logan Park Cemetery. Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. today, with the family present 6 to 8 p.m., and a prayer service at 7 p.m., at Christy-Smith Berkemier Chapel.

Survivors include two daughters and their husbands, Cathy and Roger Horstman and Brenda and Steve VanderTuig, all of Omaha; two sons and their wives, Steve and Sara of Springfield, Va., and Ken and Linda of Rapid City, S.D.; 20 grandchildren, Jackie, Drew, Zach and Marissa Horstman, Jessica and Heidi Klynsma, Amy and Josh Heyer, Cole Gonzalez, Christina, Peter and Kaylee VanderTuig and David, Adam, Allex, Blake, Heather, Cassidy, Holly and Gavin Klynsma; three great-grandchildren; and numerous foster grandchildren. Also she is survived by three sisters, Marlene Eytcheson and her husband Howard of Chippewa Falls, Wis., Beverly Clark and her husband, Terry of Hayward, Wis. and Mary Ellen Barnhardt of Owatonna, Minn.; as well as many nephews and nieces dear to her heart.

She is now reunited in heaven with her dear husband of 44 years and 10 months, Frank; her parents, Art and Beatrice Dietz; a brother-in-law, Gary Barnhardt; and a nephew, Sonny Barnhardt.

"I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. My help cometh from the Lord, which made heaven and earth." (Psalms 121:1-2).
