Justin E. Thomas, 27, of Green Bay, Wis., formerly of the Sioux City area, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 25, 2007, at St. Vincent Hospital in Green Bay.

Private memorial services were held at Mal-Core Funeral Home in Green Bay. Private memorials services will be held in February in Sioux City, when Bryce returns from Iraq.

Justin was born in St. Paul, Minn., to Pamela Mothershead of Sioux City and Willi Thomas of Sparta, Wis. He was raised in the Sioux City area and graduated from Kingsley-Pierson High School in 1998. Shortly after, he moved to Wisconsin.

He was quite intelligent and was quite an entertainer. He loved bowling, playing dominos, shooting pool and eating hot wings. He wouldn't miss an episode of the George Lopez Show, Cops or My Wife and Kids.

Survivors include his parents; his significant other, Jodi Glover of Green Bay; two daughters, Kenya and Akeisha Thomas of Toma and Green Bay, Wis. (he was expecting another child in the summer); a sister, Brandy Thomas and her fiance, Corey Krotz of Sioux City; two brothers, Jonathon Ferguson and his fiancee, Brittany Buckholtz of Grimes, Iowa, and Bryce Ferguson currently serving on active duty in Iraq; grandparents, Allen and Carol Mays of Madrid, Iowa, and Florene Thomas of Arkansas; four nieces, Amiah and Karis Thomas of Sioux City and Joslyn and Essance Ferguson of West Des Moines; and extended family members.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, JB Thomas.
