2 February 2007Lori Ann (Scoblic) Perry, 44, of Dickinson, Texas, formerly of Sioux City, passed away Sunday, Jan. 28, 2007, at the Methodist Hospital in Houston, Texas.
Services will be 10 a.m. today at Shrine of the True Cross Catholic Church in Dickinson. Burial will be in Mount Olivet Catholic Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Scott Family Funeral Home in Alvin, Texas.
Lori was born May 27, 1962, in Sioux City and was a resident of Dickinson for 15 years. She was a billing manager employed with U.T.M.B.-John Sealy Hospital in Galveston, Texas.
She was a member of the Shrine of the True Cross Catholic Church.
Survivors include her husband, Kenneth Perry of Dickinson; her mother, Irene Scoblic of Sioux City; a son, Bryan Perry of Dickinson; two sisters and their husbands, Lynn and George Nielsen of Desert Hot Springs, Calif., and Pat and Doug Dittberner of Corpus Christi, Texas; two brothers and their wives, Rob and Robin Scoblic of Iowa City, Iowa, and Michael and Dala Scoblic of Des Moines; numerous other relatives; and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Scoblic.
Pallbearers will be Tim Born, Doug Dittberner, Barry Lala, Julius Lala, George Nielsen, Rob Scoblic and Mike Scoblic. Honorary pallbearer will be Bryan Perry.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to MD Anderson, P.O. Box 297153, Houston, TX. 77297-0153.
