Death Takes Child of Tender Years

Darrell, the infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Adam Meyer, died on Sunday morning. The little cherub came into the world on November 21, 1912 and soon was taken with whooping cough which later developed into bronchial pneumonia. Rev. M.D. Bush conducted the services at the home in the east part of town on Monday afternoon at 1 o’clock. With sorrow did the parents let the little one go. Two other children are left, aged three and five. Mrs. Meyer is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W.A. Cornell.

Besides the relatives here, the following relatives came to the funeral; Mr. and Mrs. Harry Fawcett of Odebolt; Mr. and Mrs. Adam Schade, Mr. and Mrs. John Schnell, Mr. and Mr. and Mrs. Robert Meyer, and Frank Meyer, all of Sac City, Iowa.
